This FAQ page is for any common questions you may have about the store, products, and ordering process.

Orders
What is included with my artwork order?
All artwork orders include the artwork itself, the artist’s certificate of authenticity, and longterm care instructions.
I do not have a Paypal account. Can I pay using another payment method?
At this time, I only accept digital payments via Paypal. Paypal allows a guest checkout option for those without accounts.
Can I order multiple copies of an artwork?
Unfortunately, each artwork currently listed for sale is an original, one-of-a-kind piece. I am considering selling prints sometime in the future.
Can I submit a request for a commission type artwork?
Unfortunately, I am not currently taking requests for commission type artwork.
Shipping
How long do orders take to ship?
Artwork orders take 1-2 days business days to process before being handed off to shipping. Shipping times will vary but could take anywhere from 3-5 business days to arrive from Northern California.
How will my artwork be packaged for shipping?
All artwork are packaged with care and various protective materials. For example, all drawings on paper are enclosed in cellophane bags and larger drawing are carefully rolled into sturdy poster tubes. Paintings are wrapped in layers of bubble wrap and are surrounded by shipping popcorn.
Why do you not ship internationally?
I am just beginning to sell my artwork online and do not have enough resources to ship outside of the USA yet. I plan on making my art available to most countries in the future. Thank you for your understanding!
Do you personally deliver artwork to those who order artwork locally?
I ship all artwork orders regardless of distance. This includes local orders within Northern California.
Artwork Care
How should I care for my newly arrived artwork?
All artwork comes with detailed care instructions to ensure you a longterm enjoyment of its beauty.
Can you frame the artwork for me?
Unfortunately, I do not provide framing options or services for artwork orders. You are encouraged to find a frame that suits your new artwork in your special and unique space. Adding a frame of your choice enhances a further personalised experience!
